Job Description

Anderson Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Coordinator to join our client's team in the construction industry. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a growing business in a fast-paced environment, with a real team buzz.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the Company Document Controller, ensuring all relevant documents are up-to-date and compliant with regulations.
  • Write and prepare compliance reports for senior management, highlighting areas of non-compliance and providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Assist with the creation of new company documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Ensure compliance with industry-related regulatory requirements and legislation, researching and tracking changes to stay up-to-date.
  • Identify and report areas of non-compliance, providing solutions and recommendations for improvement.
  • Train and educate employees on new company policies and procedures, ensuring a high level of understanding and compliance.
  • Assist with internal audits and site inspections, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and other professionals to manage compliance activities, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of compliance regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex compliance issues.
  • Competent IT skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
