This role sits at the heart of planning workflows, collaborating closely with internal account teams to deliver audience strategies that drive results. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach to data analysis and audience storytelling, as well as the ability to brief, design, and analyze bespoke research studies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify interesting insights into target audiences to inspire fresh strategic thinking and ideas
  • Present complex data and strategic recommendations clearly to internal teams and clients
  • Develop prioritized messaging matrices to identify creative approaches that resonate best with the audience
  • Work collaboratively with the Audience Strategy team on new business pitches and team workstreams
  • Stay current with the evolving media landscape, new technologies, and relevant data and research vendors
