Job Overview

Grosvenor Casinos Limited is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Table Gaming Manager. This position is responsible for leading the gaming team to deliver an effective gaming operation, maximizing profitability, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Gaming Team: Develop and support the gaming team to achieve operational excellence and deliver on key gaming metrics.
  • Drive Performance: Utilize Tangam Management software and collaborate with central teams to drive performance and improve gaming operations.
  • Resource Planning: Ensure effective resource planning to meet operational demand and optimize gaming team efficiency.
  • Training and Development: Provide training, development, and motivation to the gaming team to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Customer Service: Drive customer service standards within the gaming team, identifying customer needs, and acting on customer satisfaction feedback.
  • Profit Maximization: Maximize venue profitability by managing effective and efficient gaming operations.
  • Shift Management: Be accountable for the smooth running of each casino shift and make decisions in the absence of the General Manager.
  • Daily Management: Conduct effective daily management of all aspects of the casino gaming operation, including Poker if applicable.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze table data to maintain an efficient and profitable gaming operation.
  • Due Diligence: Support and consult with the Customer Verifications teams to ensure sufficient levels of due diligence are in place for eligible customers.
Requirements
  • PML License Holder: Current PML License holder with extensive leadership experience in UK Gaming.
  • Leadership Experience: Proven success in achieving sales and yield targets.
  • Team Management: Proven record and ability to lead people and communicate standards and targets for a successful casino.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Casino Manager, Operations Manager, Gaming Manager, Casino Shift Manager, Casino Operations Manager, Pit Manager, or similar.
