We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Employment Advisor to join our team at Maximus Services, LLC. As an Employment Advisor, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals to achieve their employment goals and overcome barriers to employment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct a range of recruitment and development activities to enable and inspire candidates to achieve the highest levels of independence throughout the candidate journey.
- Meet and exceed performance targets for individual activity and job outcomes through to sustained employment, in compliance with legislation, contract, and provider guidance, and Quality procedures.
- Ensure contract compliance by accurate data entry, completion of contractual and internal documentation, and/or provider guidance.
- Develop and maintain strong interpersonal skills, specifically around listening, questioning, and building relationships.
- Utilize creative problem-solving skills and a positive approach to challenging and overcoming limiting beliefs.
- Network and develop partnerships to support the recruitment and development of candidates.
