About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lift Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our facilities maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our building's elevator systems. This is a critical role that requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on elevator systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct thorough inspections of elevator equipment to identify potential issues and implement preventative maintenance
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures
  • Provide excellent customer service to building occupants and respond to elevator-related inquiries and concerns
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in elevator maintenance and repair

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in elevator maintenance and repair
  • Strong technical knowledge of elevator systems and components
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
