Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the effective operation of Compliance Services, including data entry, analysis, record-keeping, and administrative tasks.
  • Review M&E and Lifts records, raise relevant repairs, and take action on appropriate systems, monitoring completion and chasing where necessary.
  • Upload supporting documentation to document management systems, adhering to correct naming protocols.
  • Develop skills, understanding, and abilities in delivering compliance support services to carry out standardized processes efficiently.
  • Deal professionally and effectively with contacts from contractors and colleagues, using tact and discretion to assess needs and redirect enquiries.

Requirements:

  • Experience in business support or administration.
  • Educated to A-Level standard or Level 3 NVQ in business administration.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook.
