As a Relationship Officer Intern, you'll play a vital role in supporting our field sales operations. You'll have the opportunity to cultivate relationships with retailers, assist in onboarding and activating processes, and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Engage in door-to-door sales activities, identifying potential retailers within the designated territory using offline prospecting techniques.
- Facilitate platform presentations to retailers, clearly conveying the benefits of Grozeo's platform.
- Assist in conducting product demonstrations, effectively communicating features and functionality.
- Help address retailer objections and concerns, fostering long-lasting relationships.
- Support retailers throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition to the Grozeo platform.
- Contribute to upselling initiatives and provide ongoing support and guidance to retailers.
- Follow through the Grozeo's retailers journey: Onboarding - Setting Up - Activation.
- Training retailers on setting up and activating their websites.
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with retailers.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and overcome challenges.
- An optimistic personality with a positive attitude.
- A strong work ethic and dedication to achieving results.
- Applicant residing in London (preferred).
- Applicants with PSW/Graduate visa or permanent residency permit.
- Gain valuable hands-on experience in e-commerce and field sales operations.
- Travel expenses covered for any required travel related to internship duties.
- Performance-related earning opportunities available based on contributions to successful onboarding initiatives.
The stipend is £450 (incl. business travel expenses and lunch allowance) + performance incentives on top. Please note this will be a max 3-month contract and there is possibility to convert into full-time role.
