Job Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Collaborating within multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care to older adults with mental health challenges.
  2. Offering expert medical guidance and support to team members.
  3. Engaging directly with patients and their families, coordinating with external mental health services and hospitals as necessary.
  4. Participating in the on-call schedule, currently set at a frequency of 1:50, with additional compensation for on-call duties.
  5. (Optional) Assisting colleagues and contributing positively to team dynamics while promoting individual initiative.
  6. Working alongside a team of professionals, including other consultants and trainees.
