About the Role

Mason Foodservice is seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Leicestershire. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in managing our customer database, assisting with marketing efforts, and working closely with our sales and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with our marketing company to enhance our online presence and promotions.
  • Process customer orders received via various channels.
  • Assist in covering office duties during staff absences and holidays.
  • Collaborate with staff across multiple roles, including distribution, sales, and logistics.
  • Support the implementation of new systems to improve business efficiency.
  • Ensure customer, product, and goods data is accurately maintained.

We are looking for a detail-orientated, proactive individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
