About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care, medication management, and domestic duties
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • 6 months' experience in care (paid or voluntary) preferred, but not essential
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Caring, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
  • Valid driver's license and access to own vehicle (business insurance required)
  • Good professional and personal references
  • Ability to commit to our 4/3 rota and work flexible hours
