About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Prestige Nursing & Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and emotional support.
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs and goals of each client.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in care and support.
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.20 per hour (Monday to Friday) and £15.82 per hour (weekends).
  • A mileage allowance of 45p per mile.
  • A comprehensive training program, including paid training at the National Minimum Wage rate.

Requirements
  • Previous experience in care and support, preferably in a home care setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Good professional and personal references.
  • Ability to commit to a regular schedule, including weekends and evenings.
