Prestige Nursing & Care is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
About the Role:
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our clients. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and administering medication
- Assisting with domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
- Preparing meals and snacks for clients
- Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
- Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least six months' experience in care, although full training is available for the right candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Caring, resilient, and committed to delivering high-quality care
- A driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle, with business insurance
- Good professional and personal references
- Ability to commit to a rota, including evenings and weekends
