Premier Group Recruitment is seeking a talented Senior Creative Designer to join our dynamic team of creative specialists.

About the Role:

We are a leading marketing agency specializing in helping clients drive brand awareness with a focus on technology brands. As a Senior Creative Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating visually stunning and user-friendly digital experiences for our range of products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop exceptional visual designs for websites, applications, and digital campaigns, ensuring every design adheres to our brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the development team to translate designs into intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
  • Conduct user research, analyze user behavior, and refine user flows to enhance overall user experience.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mock-ups to test and gather user feedback.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging design patterns to continually improve our digital products.
  • Participate in cross-functional brainstorming and design sessions to ensure consistency and innovation across platforms.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years demonstrable experience as a Digital Designer.
  • Experience in branding and brand campaigns.
  • Strong animation experience.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
  • Agency experience.
  • Strong understanding of interaction design principles and best practices.
  • Solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in visual design, UX/UI, and digital projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
