Overview: At Riverside, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our communities. We are currently seeking a skilled Construction Project Leader to oversee the development of new residential projects from initial planning through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Leader, you will:

  • Manage the execution of residential development projects, ensuring alignment with the Corporate Plan.
  • Lead and coordinate external consultants and contractors to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
  • Establish project objectives and regularly assess progress to meet performance benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimize design and minimize future management costs.
  • Enhance the appeal and functionality of homes while ensuring safety and security within the community.

  • Proven experience in managing new build housing projects from conception to completion.
