Key Responsibilities - Client Support Training Specialist• Engage with clients through phone and email to arrange cleaning appointments primarily for commercial properties.
• Follow up with clients to verify appointments and collect feedback on the services provided.

• Document and escalate issues to the relevant department when necessary.
