Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced French speaking Cycling Brand Advisor to join our team at French Selection UK. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, driving sales conversions, and promoting our brand values.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide a high level of customer service to all customers, using a variety of channels to resolve their enquiries and increase customer base.
  • Support customer enquiries within brand values and expected KPIs.
  • Drive customer engagement, suggestive selling, and share product knowledge.
  • Organise, process, and report on eCommerce platform.
  • Manage financial transactions such as refunds and vouchers.
  • Proactively reach customers to ensure their customer journey is successfully completed.
  • Assist with operations of the ecommerce platform by reporting on issues faced by customers.
  • Attend weekly departmental meetings and factory training sessions when required.
  • Work with other departments to ensure consistent customer service levels across the company.
  • Escalate customer feedback and ideas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English at business level.
  • Able to understand customer needs and meet sales targets.
  • Able to improve and set up new processes when required.
  • Familiar with a customer service platform such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, genuine desire to provide the best service.
  • Team player who will contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and company.
  • Able to work remotely and in the office when required.
  • Interest in cycling, outdoors activities, or other sports.
