About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled French speaking Cycling Brand Advisor to join our team. As a Cycling Brand Advisor, you will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service to all customers by using a wide variety of channels to resolve their enquiries and increasing the customer base by driving sales conversions.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support customer enquiries within brand values and expected KPIs
  • Provide support through channels such as live chat, email, video chat, and phone
  • Drive customer engagement, suggestive selling, and share product knowledge
  • Organise, process, and report on eCommerce platform
  • Manage financial transactions such as refunds and vouchers
  • Proactively reach customers to ensure their customer journey is successfully completed
  • Assist with operations of the ecommerce platform by reporting on issues faced by customers
  • Attend weekly departmental meetings and factory training sessions when required
  • Work with other departments to ensure consistent customer service levels across the company
  • Escalate customer feedback and ideas for improvement

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English at business level
  • Able to understand customer needs and meet sales targets
  • Able to improve and set up new processes when required
  • Familiar with a customer service platform such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication and people skills, genuine desire to provide the best service
  • Team player who will contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and company
  • Able to work remotely and in the office when required
  • Interest in cycling, outdoors activities, or other sports
