Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Core Skills Tutor. As a tutor, you will be responsible for delivering a range of core skills courses and one-to-one tuition to young people and adults.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver core skills courses and one-to-one tuition to young people and adults
  • Use appropriate methods to promote learning and achievement
  • Prepare, deliver, and assess courses
  • Support learners in achieving their goals

Requirements

  • Experience in delivering core skills courses and one-to-one tuition
  • Ability to use a learner-centered approach
  • Knowledge of the Multiply (UK Shared Prosperity Fund) and Adult Learning Strategy
  • Ability to work with adults and young people with varying levels of skills and abilities

Working Arrangements

This is a casual contract position, with no guaranteed number of hours per week. You will be required to work flexibly to meet business needs.
