Job Title: Senior Programme Tutor

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Programme Tutor to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a Senior Programme Tutor, you will be responsible for the line management of the tutor and administrative team, as well as having a very active role in teaching, supervision, tutoring, and evaluation of clinical and academic competence in CBT.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Line management of the tutor and administrative team
  • Teaching, supervision, tutoring, and evaluation of clinical and academic competence in CBT
  • Supporting the Programme Director in the organisation of the whole programme through liaison with multiple stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Expertise in CBT (BABCP accredited practitioners)
  • Experience in the delivery of Post Graduate training in CBT, evaluation, and supervision

Please note that the salary is Pro Rata for part-time hours, and the post involves supporting the Programme Director in the organisation of the whole programme through liaison with multiple stakeholders from NHS Education Scotland, NHS GG&C, NHS Lothian, programme trainees, programme supervisors, BABCP, and Queen Margaret University.
