Job Summary:

As a Sales Professional, you will be pivotal in supporting the Business Development Manager (Hardware) by identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.

Your focus will be on selling refurbished IT equipment in a competitive market, adapting strategies to meet evolving demands.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition Support: Assist in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive growth.
  • Sales Support and Account Management: Work closely with the Business Development Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients.
  • Technical Sales Assistance: Help understand client needs and recommend appropriate IT solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for the Business Development Manager and Hardware Sales Manager.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales and account management, ideally within the tech or hardware industry.
  • Customer List: An established customer list would be an advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency in various software applications and sales tools.
  • Ambition: A strong drive to achieve and exceed sales targets, with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and client accounts effectively.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, set goals, and stay motivated to achieve them.
  • Outgoing Personality: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
