About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Project Manager to lead our migration projects and drive business outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and delivering complex migration projects, ensuring timely, within-budget, and high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for migration projects, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying deviations from plan and taking corrective actions.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure their requirements are included in migration plans and effectively communicated to project teams.
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial constraints.
  • Develop a migration practice, including a toolset, to expand and mature capabilities for the organisation.

About You

We are looking for a highly competent individual with experience in leading complex migration projects, cross-functional teams, and multiple parties. You should have a strong understanding of ETL or ELT migration tools and staging areas for managing data translation and loading. Additionally, you should be able to translate complex data requirements to a business audience and possess excellent interpersonal skills to influence and spur change.
