We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead our migration projects across the organisation. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for end-to-end project management, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
About the Role- Lead complex migration projects with cross-functional teams across multiple parties.
- Develop and implement migration practices, including toolsets and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting to ensure projects are delivered within agreed-upon financial constraints.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders to ensure their requirements are included in migration plans and effectively communicated to project teams.
- Develop a migration practice including a toolset incorporating templates, policies, tools and partnerships to expand and mature these capabilities for the organisation.
- Highly competent in the use of ETL or ELT migration tools and the use of staging areas for managing the translation and loading of data.
- Ability to translate complex data requirements to a business audience to ensure clarity of requirements.
- Interpersonal skills to influence and spur change, facilitate and enhance performance within a cross-functional environment.
