Job Title: Client Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Manager to join our team at Public Practice Recruitment Ltd. As a Client Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, providing exceptional service, and driving business growth.

About the Role:
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, providing proactive and reactive support to ensure exceptional service delivery.
  • Work closely with senior management to scope new service lines and identify business opportunities.
  • Review accounts files and support the tax planning process to ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Mentor junior staff through constructive feedback and knowledge sharing to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Review and implement processes to improve service delivery, efficiency, and productivity.
  • Monitor workflow and deliverables to ensure expectations, deadlines, and budgets are met.
  • Support the firm's growth strategy through regular networking and contributing innovative ideas for expansion.

Requirements:
  • ACA or ACCA qualified with impressive experience within accountancy practice.

  • Good communication and advisory skills, with the ability to work closely with senior management.
