About the Role

We are a commercial property and asset management firm, Gatehouse Property Management, seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Senior Asset Manager. This exciting opportunity will involve managing our expanding shopping centre portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and centre management teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration on all aspects of work.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, including solicitors, letting teams, building surveyors, architects, and contractors, to drive business growth and success.
  • Identify opportunities to maximize income and drive letting strategy, taking into account tenant mix and portfolio strategy.
  • Negotiate lease renewals and re-gears, ensuring optimal outcomes for the business.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in property asset management, ideally in a shopping centre environment, or a related field such as agency, L&T, or PM.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strong drive to achieve results and contribute to business growth.
