As a Personal Executive Coordinator, you will proactively ensure outstanding performance through your exceptional understanding of both business and client needs.
Key Responsibilities
In this capacity, you will be tasked with:
- Coordinating essential meetings, incorporating flexibility into scheduling, and anticipating needs.
- Managing travel arrangements for both domestic and international engagements, ensuring timely presence at all events.
- Serving as the primary point of contact, demonstrating impeccable front-of-house etiquette while adeptly prioritizing tasks.
- Managing a dynamic schedule, addressing shifting priorities, and providing practical solutions to challenges as they arise.
You will also be responsible for:
- Screening and managing incoming communications, ensuring appropriate distribution and follow-up.
- Performing administrative tasks with precision.
- Upholding a professional image for TheLuxe, exercising discretion and diplomacy in various situations.
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Collaborating with domestic staff on payroll and administrative responsibilities.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant, supporting senior leadership.
- A deep understanding of business operations, with a preference for experience in the luxury sector.
- Demonstrated qualities of Loyalty, Kindness, and Respect.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage complex schedules.
- A keen attention to detail.
- Flexibility in working hours, including availability during weekends or evenings as required.
- A solution-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications.
- Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
