About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities and autism to live independently and achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide person-centered support to individuals with learning disabilities and autism, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and colleagues.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements
  • Level 3 qualification in Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities and autism.
  • Full UK Driving License and access to a vehicle.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and respond to changing situations.
