Field Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially astute Field Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will play a key role in servicing existing retail customers and generating new business in potential markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Service existing retail customers and generate new business in potential markets
  • Achieve demanding but realistic sales targets
  • Adapt strategically to the evolving pharmacy sector landscape
  • Build and maintain trust with clients through excellent interpersonal skills
  • Uncapped earning potential with a competitive OTE of £45,000
