About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales and Service Manager to join our team at Clarks. As a Sales and Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales and service team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the sales and service team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Develop and implement sales and service strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage the store floor, merchandising, and visual displays to create an engaging customer experience
  • Support the team in achieving sales and service excellence
