Contact Centre Executive Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our Customer Experience team as a Contact Centre Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experience to our existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build rapport and provide excellent customer service skills to understand customer requirements.
  • Work towards daily and monthly targets and KPIs.
  • Prospect existing customers whose vehicles are due for MOT, service, or repair work.
  • Offer and sell service plans and products.
  • Understand and comply with Data Protection and GDPR legislation.

Requirements:

  • Sales experience within a target-driven environment.
  • Highly self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a customer-focused environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and ability to work from home.
