Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of various automotive components, ensuring adherence to industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams to optimize project efficiency and deliver results on time.
  • Maintain detailed project plans to ensure timely delivery of current and future project milestones.
  • Challenge and refine existing processes to enhance departmental effectiveness.
  • Escalate issues and risks as necessary through the reporting structure.
  • Undertake additional projects and duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • MEng or BEng in an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience as a senior design engineer with 2D & 3D design knowledge.
  • Strong technical proficiency with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Experience with Creo and SolidWorks is required.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work independently.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering results on time and to specifications.
