To deliver exceptional front desk and reception services to the clientele of the business centre.
The CRC plays a crucial role in assisting the BCM and ensuring that customer service excellence is maintained consistently, fostering a vibrant working atmosphere that attracts new clientele while retaining existing ones.
Taking pride in the overall presentation of the Business Centre and adhering to the Inigo dress standards, ensuring that all areas are maintained to the company's high standards, reflecting a 5-star service.To support the company's mission through daily operations. The mission is to be recognized as the premier choice for flexible serviced office solutions, business support, and meeting facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a professional reception service for Inigo Business Centres Ltd and all clients.
- Deliver a high-quality telephone answering service for Inigo Business Centres and all clients.
- Address day-to-day inquiries at reception from clients, responding promptly and professionally.
- Handle customer complaints effectively, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
- Build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with all clients in the business centre.
- Assist the Business Centre Manager in identifying revenue opportunities through the promotion of business services available at reception and local marketing of meeting room facilities.
- Manage mailroom services for Inigo Business Centres and all clients.
- Support the BCM in managing debt and recovering outstanding payments from clients in a timely manner.
- Assist the BCM in ensuring compliance with all relevant Health, Safety & Security regulations.
- Oversee reception service suppliers for the business centre and manage contracts as necessary (stationery, car valeting, taxi services).
- Provide facilities management for the business centre.
- Ensure the centre meets company standards regarding visual inspections, performance metrics, revenue generation, debt management, and business administration.
- Promote the business centre and Inigo/UBC UK both locally and nationally through networking and generating business referrals.
