Job Summary:
We are seeking an exceptional Administrative Assistant to join our team at Leeds College of Building. As an award-winning college, we value our support staff and are committed to providing an efficient and effective administration service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the updating, recording, and auditing of student information
- Provide administrative support to the department, including communication with managers and staff
- Utilize excellent organisational and IT skills to maintain accurate records and databases
Requirements:
- 5 GCSEs (grades 5-9; A-C) including English and Maths, or equivalent
- A Level 2 qualification in Business Administration is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
