Job Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Forensic Acute Ward of Royal Cornhill Hospital for a registered mental health nurse who is keen to enhance/develop their clinical skills in this specialist environment.

The post holder will contribute to providing high-quality evidence-based care and support to clients who experience a diverse range of mental health issues within the Acute and Forensic Services. The post holder will provide care through a progressive patient-focused approach, within a therapeutic environment and underpinned by risk assessment and management that will maximise the individual's potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality evidence-based care and support to clients
  • Contributing to the development of clinical skills in a specialist environment
  • Working within a therapeutic environment and underpinned by risk assessment and management
