Position Overview:
SONDR is actively seeking an Electrical Operations Supervisor to join our team, representing one of the foremost data center organizations in the industry.

This role involves working with a rapidly expanding data center client in the UK, following a 4on/4off, 12-hour shift pattern.

This opportunity offers significant career advancement potential, with pathways for growth as additional data center facilities are developed.

The selected candidate will be part of a globally recognized data center provider that is consistently expanding and is looking to enhance their leadership team at a key location.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee routine maintenance of all facility equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure compliance with expectations and service level agreements.
  • Act as a High Voltage and Low Voltage Authorized Person, providing essential switching schedules and both planned and reactive support for all electrical systems.
  • Prepare and enforce Method Statements and Risk Assessments for all operational tasks to maintain safe working conditions.
  • Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as client site regulations.

Candidate Qualifications:
  • City & Guilds Level 2 certification or higher in Electrical Engineering.
  • Experience in critical environments or data centers.
  • 18th Edition certification.
  • Current or expired High Voltage Authorized Person certification.
