Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Insurance Account Handler to join our team. As an Insurance Account Handler, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing customer relationships, and delivering insurance solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored insurance solutions.
- Process customer correspondence, renewals, and new business quotations in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure all workflow activity is completed in accordance with approved business processes.
- Comply with all approved procedures, customer service standards, and external regulatory bodies.
- Identify and handle customer complaints in accordance with the company's complaints procedure.
Requirements
- Engaging personal communication style.

- Previous experience in sales or service, preferably in the insurance industry.
