Senior Vice President, Client Services II

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Asset Servicing - Client Experience team as a Senior Vice President, Client Services II. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) based out of our London, UK office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data and information, demonstrating problem-solving skills, and collaborating with a global team to deliver exceptional client experiences. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading client-facing teams to deliver high-quality services and solutions
  • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and innovation
  • Providing exceptional client service and support to meet business objectives
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sufficient years of client services experience within ETFs and Asset Servicing, paired with operational expertise
  • Collaborative and flexible approach to problem-solving, outstanding people and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a global team environment
