The Role and the Next Step in Your Career Journey

We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to help us take our Company Secretary team to the next level. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting the team with all their administrative needs, reporting into the Head of Company Secretary. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Incorporating UK companies
  • Preparing inaugural board minutes and supporting documentation for review by a senior team member
  • Monitoring annual statutory filings
  • Proactively dealing with preparing and filing of CS01s and ensuring they are completed on time
  • Maintaining statutory records
  • Updating and maintaining data management systems
  • Monitoring the mailbox and proactively picking up emails on matters engaged to work on

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role within a professional sector
  • A genuine interest in company secretarial law and practice
  • A professional outlook, good work ethics, and attention to detail
  • Proactively offering help to colleagues when they are busy
  • Helping ensure good communication for efficient teamworking when peaks and troughs of workload are identified

  • A 6-month probationary period with flexibility on satisfactory performance after 3 months to work 3 days in the office and 2 from home and be eligible for the training agreement, private medical, and pension scheme
