Job Summary:

Cranleigh STEM is seeking an experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, and environmental management across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular site audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Provide quality and compliance training and guidance to staff at all levels to promote best practices and a culture of safety and responsibility.
  • Report to senior management on the performance of quality and compliance systems and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Lead and manage a dedicated quality and compliance team to deliver on key objectives and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective quality and compliance strategies to ensure regulatory compliance and industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and ensure a culture of safety and responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality and Compliance Manager, ideally within the pharmaceutical or distribution sectors.
  • Experience managing and leading a team to deliver on key quality and compliance objectives.
  • Strong understanding of industry regulations and standards, including ISO systems.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel across the UK when required.
