About the Role

TC Facilities Management is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and implementation of all health and safety requirements. This includes ensuring compliance with ISO 45001:2018 and industry standards, developing and implementing continuous improvement programs, and monitoring H&S legislation to ensure company conformance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement continuous improvement programs to improve health and safety performance.
  • Monitor H&S legislation to ensure company conformance.
  • Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure health and safety compliance.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on health and safety procedures.
  • Investigate incidents and near misses to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with the training department to ensure health and safety induction training is implemented.
  • Monitor and report on health and safety statistics and trends.

Requirements

  • Significant knowledge of health and safety law and regulations.
  • Experience in contract mobilization and demobilization projects.
  • NEBOSH General Certificate or IOSH Managing Safely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
