Job Summary:

Scania (Great Britain) Limited is seeking a highly organized and experienced Workshop Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our Inverness branch. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient running of the workshop, promoting a safe working environment, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and organize the workshop team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Implement and maintain Health and Safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to technicians and workshop staff as needed.
  • Liaise with internal and external customers to ensure work is authorized to a high standard.
  • Deliver an exceptional service to our customers, meeting their needs and expectations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a workshop leadership role.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to promote a team environment and encourage collaboration.
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
