Senior Land Manager

Pinnacle Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Senior Land Manager to join their Land Buying team. The ideal candidate will have experience in site identification, appraisals, layouts, and bid preparation, as well as strong planning, design, and sales & marketing knowledge.

Responsibilities:

* Identify and acquire high-quality sites in London for residential development
* Conduct site appraisals and prepare bids for submission to the board
* Collaborate with the design and sales teams to ensure successful project delivery
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and developers

Requirements:

* 5+ years of experience in land acquisition and development
* Strong knowledge of the London property market and development process
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
