Senior Land Manager

A leading developer in Central London is seeking a Senior Land Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the London property market and be able to identify and acquire sites for development.
Responsibilities:
* Identify and acquire sites for development in London
* Work closely with the development team to ensure successful project delivery
* Conduct market research and analysis to inform land acquisition decisions
* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners and local authorities
Requirements:
* Proven experience in land acquisition and development
* Strong knowledge of the London property market
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
