Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Fashion Account Manager to join our team at Salt. As a Fashion Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing key accounts across the UK and Europe, developing strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture and expand key relationships with clients, ensuring a strong portfolio and associated revenue numbers.
- Organize and conduct line presentations to showcase our products and services.
- Attend sales meetings and launch meetings to stay up-to-date on market trends and client needs.
- Develop and implement account-specific strategies from seasonal strategy plans to strategic plans.
- Proactively grow your portfolio by identifying and pursuing cross-sell & up-sell opportunities.
- Monitor and track market dynamics, weekly, monthly, and seasonally.
- Conduct sales analysis and monitor key KPIs (Stock, sales, stock turn, and reductions).
- Identify market trends and suggest potential opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4-5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with John Lewis and Selfridges is desirable.
- Ideal background in Accessories and Fashion.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to communicate and influence.
- Analytical mindset with a commercial acumen.
