Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the testing function for medium to large multi-year transformation programmes in the Banking and Finance domain.
  • Coordinate and work with multi-location delivery teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and mitigate risks through assessment, in support of the control and governance agenda.
  • Collaborate with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
  • Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization's technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
Requirements:
  • Strong experience in leading testing functions for medium to large multi-year transformation programmes in the Banking and Finance domain.
  • Experience in coordinating and working with multi-location delivery teams.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and dealing with accountable executives at Director/Managing Director level.
  • Experience in working in a Centre of Excellence (CoE) based federated Technology delivery model is desirable.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Preferred Qualifications: Degree in a numerate subject (e.g. maths, computer science etc).
  • Prior working experience in Treasury/Finance domains.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.

This role will be based in our Northampton office.
