Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct online demonstrations of our platform to showcase its features and benefits.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Assist with the setup of key features within client accounts based on fact-finding missions.
  • Follow up with clients regularly to ensure their satisfaction and provide updates on the Deal pipeline in HubSpot.
  • Contribute ideas to clients to help improve their business processes.
  • Drive business development of our software by identifying new opportunities and partnerships.
  • Provide weekly forecasts and maintain an active, organized pipeline.
  • Develop tailored proposals and convert them into deals.

Requirements

What We Offer
  • Full-time position with a salary of up to £33,000 - £36,000 per annum base.
