About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Deputy Manager to join our team at Care UK. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support and deputise for the Home Manager, providing inspiring leadership to nursing and care colleagues.
  • Oversee the delivery of high-quality clinical and pastoral care, ensuring the highest levels of clinical governance.
  • Focus on residents with complex needs, utilising your nursing skills and managerial expertise to maintain the highest levels of care.
  • Audit practices and procedures, develop care plans, and conduct assessments to ensure the best possible outcomes for our residents.
  • Work closely with the team to provide personalised, resident-centred care, promoting independence and dignity.
Requirements
  • NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, or RNLD) with a strong background in care planning and clinical assessment.
  • Proven leadership skills and experience in a similar role, with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build close relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Passionate about delivering high-quality care and committed to our values of compassion, kindness, and respect.
