RUSH Hair & Beauty is seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to fill a part-time Front of House position in our Chiswick salon. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for our clients.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting clients and ensuring a positive first impression
  • Assisting with appointment bookings and managing the salon's schedule
  • Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
  • Supporting the salon team with administrative tasks
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication skills

We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role, preferably in a salon or beauty spa
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle various administrative tasks
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Friendly and welcoming personality
  • Proficient computer skills and familiarity with booking systems
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
