We're seeking a skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Brewers Fayre in Donnington. As a key member of our culinary team, you'll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and serving our delicious meals to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a high-performing kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our brand's culinary expertise and appeal to our guests' tastes.
  • Collaborate with our Kitchen Manager to ensure seamless kitchen operations, including inventory management, food safety, and staff training.
  • Drive sales growth through effective menu engineering, pricing strategies, and promotions.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Culinary Leader in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a passion for innovation and creativity in menu development.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
