We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Lecturer in Painting and Decorative Arts to join our team. This role is essential for covering long-term sickness and requires an immediate start.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and effective lessons in Painting and Decorative Arts.
  • Utilize digital tools to enhance the learning experience.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Essential Skills and Abilities:

  • Qualified teacher with one of the following: PGCE, QTS, or Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.
  • Enhanced DBS on the Updated Service
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience teaching Painting and Decorative Arts.
  • Strong digital skills and a passion for teaching.
  • Ability to engage learners and provide examples of successful teaching strategies.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience working in a Further Education (FE) College setting.
  • Experience working in an educational establishment.
