Live-In Housekeeping and Maintenance Team

Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd is seeking a dedicated and skilled Live-In Domestic Couple to oversee the management of a private residence. This role is ideal for a dynamic duo who can contribute to a harmonious household while providing essential support to a busy family.
Key Responsibilities:
- Comprehensive Housekeeping: Responsible for all cleaning, laundry, and organization tasks to maintain a pristine living environment.
- Driving Duties: Required to drive approximately 30 hours per week, including early morning commutes three days a week, as well as managing the family vehicle.
- Property Oversight: Manage and coordinate with contractors for various services, including security, HVAC, IT, and AV systems.
- Maintenance Supervision: Oversee garden contractors and ensure the property is well-maintained, with minimal gardening responsibilities.
- Occasional Cooking: Family cooking is a valued skill, though not a primary responsibility.
Only one driver is necessary for this position. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, totaling 45 hours per week. Accommodation is provided in a two-bedroom cottage, with all associated costs covered. Pets are welcome in the residence.
We are currently interviewing candidates to find the ideal couple for this role. The salary is negotiable, ranging from 75k to 80k gross, depending on experience.
